Tuesday - Time to Say Goodbye, June 9th
My
is heavy and I am sadden today because today is your final day of school. Never in a million years did I imagine that the school year would end like this. I wish that we could all be together to go outside, have a party, watch movies, sign yearbooks, exchange gifts and say goodbye. All the thing that we would normally do at the end of the year. I want you all to continue to be safe, spend time reading this summer and have as much fun as you can. Don't be surprised if you see me soon!! I LOVE and MISS you all
Next year will be your last year at Maple Avenue School. You will have two wonderful teachers, Mr. Robins and Mr. Sauvague. I know for a fact that you will learn a lot and have lots of fun. Hopefully we will be able to have our annual end of the year, "Teachers vs. 6th Graders," kickball game. I am warning you now, you better practice over the summer because the TEACHERS ALWAYS win!
Your final assignment is to write a letter to Mr. Robins and Mr. Sauvageau. Your letter should be about three paragraphs – that includes information about yourself, family, how you spent your summer, your hobbies, special interest, and favorite things. The letter should also include what you are looking forward to in 6th grade. Please email this letter to me at mhunter@nfschools.net.
Again, thank you for being a wonderful and loving class!
Untill I see you again...
Love,
Mrs. Hunter
