ASSIGNMENT UPDATES FROM MRS. BODKIN:

Week of April 13 - 17: 

First, take a deep breath. You can do this. On this page, some of the information from Mrs. Wolf is repeated AND some is from ME. Please take some time to look it over. You have plenty of time to do this, it isn't due until April 24th. Though please DON'T wait til the day before to do it. Get going on it NOW and pace yourself. Give yourself time to ask questions or reach out for help.

1. I have included a "modified assignment" with less questions.

2. I have included an audio of ME reading the text so you can listen and follow along.

For this week, you will focus on Elizabeth Cady Stanton and her speech "Address to the First Women's Rights Convention" that took place in Seneca Falls in 1848.  HERE is a link to the week's directions from Mrs. Wolf. 

A copy of the speech is HERE on Mrs. Wolf's webpage to read, highlight, annotate, and analyze.  You will be answering questions based on the speech that will count for a grade. You may want to read the questions before you start the speech which may help guide your reading. A link to the questions are HERE. This is the pdf version and there is also a word doc version that you can open and work in.  

Read Mrs. Wolf's directions about how you can submit the answers (written or typed).

Also, if you are a consultant student, you are able to do the modified assignment of 15 (instead of 22) questions.  A link to the modified pdf is HERE.  If you'd like to do it in google docs or a word doc, please let me know and I can share one of those with you as well. (In case that link doesn't work for you here is a list of the questions you have to do).

Overall questions: all 3 of them (Reminder --- it's sometimes best to start with these questions because they are YOUR opinion so there is really no right or wrong answer so it helps you get going). 

AND --- what you've all been looking for --- HERE (coming Tues. 4/14) is an audio of me reading the speech so you can listen and follow along.
