    I hope you are all taking care of yourselves during this time. Each and every one of you are truly missed! These assignments are not here to add any extra stress on to your work load, if anything, I encourage you to find joy of being able to take a little mental break and refuel your body. Most importantly, remember to get up and move and practice safe distancing.  

    Assignment:

    Starting on Monday, April 13th, students are required to fill out a fitness log that will be submitted through my teacher website on a bi-weekly basis. ALL questions need to be answered before submitting. Students are provided with a list of activities they may choose from, and they will be required to complete 5 activities over each 2 week period. Students will log the 5 activities on the fitness log that is provided, and then submit the log back to me on the dates below:

     April 24th – weeks 1 & 2

    May 8th - weeks 3 & 4 

    May 22nd – weeks 5 & 6 

    June 5th – weeks 7 & 8
