    Re-Org/Regular – July 1 (Tuesday)

    Public comment:

A total of 15 minutes has been set aside during each regular board meeting during which the taxpayers, community citizens, school personnel, and school students may openly express themselves directly to the Board.  No more than three (3) speakers will be permitted to speak on the same topic.  Speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes for their comments. The public comment period is not intended to be a discussion with the Board or a question-and-answer session.  The Board of Education will listen to remarks and may or may not respond directly to the speaker.  The Board of Education will determine if a response from the Board is warranted, or if the matter should be directed to an appropriate administrator.

Comment on Agenda-related items will be heard at the beginning of the meeting. Comment on non-agenda-related items will be heard at the end of the meeting.
