NFCSD Remote Instruction

At its September 2022 meeting, the New York State Board of Regents adopted new regulations allowing school districts to deliver remote instruction on days in which they might otherwise be closed, such as closures due to extreme weather conditions. 

NFCSD staff is prepared to pivot to remote learning for all students should the need arise.  The tabs below contain essential information by level (Elementary, Preparatory and High School).  These include procedures for making computing devices available to students, expectations for participation and schedules indicating when and the amount of time pupils will engage in live, synchronous instruction.
