    We will provide you with helpful information that will help you understand how your plan will operate.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us.     KEY TRANSITION DATES & ACTIONS:

    • June 23:        Final day to submit manual claims to our previous administrator, BRI.
    • June 25:        THG benefit cards will arrive. Activate your card upon receipt.
    • June 30:        Final day to use BRI benefit cards. Your current BRI card will be turned off as of June 30, 2025.
    • July 1:           THG cards will be loaded with your new plan year HRA funds and any new plan year FSA elections.
    • July 10:         THG will load any remaining BRI balances from the 2024-2025 plan year.
    • July 15:         Funds from 2024-2025 will roll into 2025-2026 for the HRA Plan.
    • August 31:    Last day to submit claims for the previous 2024-2025 plan year for reimbursement.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

    1. Watch for Your THG Card – Cards will arrive by June 25. Activate them immediately by following the directions on the sticker found on the card.
    2. Check Your Account – Log in to your THG online portal to review your benefits.
    3. Use Your New THG Card Starting July 1 – BRI cards will be deactivated.
    4. Submit Any Remaining Claims – If you have out-of-pocket expenses during the transition, you can submit a manual claim to THG.
