PRO-FLEX IS NOW BRI AS OF JULY 1,2024

BRI IS THE NEW BENEFIT ADMINISTRATORS EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024

Flexible Spending, Health Reimbursement & Dependent Care Accounts

BRI BENEFITS:

• Enhanced service with support available from 8am-8pm ET Monday-Friday.  Support is available by phone, chat, and email.

• New and Improved Benefits Card: The Beniversal Mastercard which will replace your Pro-Flex Benefits card, comes with increased auto-approval rates, free ID theft services, capability with Apple Pay, Google Play, and Samsung Play digital wallets, and more.

• Robust Technology Platform: Securely manage your accounts online or on-the-go with BRIWEB or the BRIMOBILE app.  There you can submit claims and receipts, view balance and transaction information, sign up for alerts and direct deposit. 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• BRI will be mailing notification letters along with instructions for getting your account setup in the BRI systems to homes starting at the beginning of June.

• New benefit cards will be arriving mid-June.   

  • • Cards will arrive in plain white envelopes.

• Start using your new card for all expenses effective July 1, 2024

PRO-FLEX END OF USAGE TIMELINE 

• June 30, 2024 - last day to submit claims

  • Pro-Flex benefit cards are turned off and will not work for any expenses.

• July 5-8, 2024 - Last payments processing through Pro-Flex

• Week of July 15, 2024 - Prior year plan year loaded into BRI system (remaining funds available to use). 

  ALL REMAINING HRA FUNDS WILL ROLLOVER DURING THIS TIME.

• July 15, 2024 - Migration from Pro-Flex to BRI complete.  Emails will be sent to accounts that have an email address on file.
