Asbestos Notification
In compliance with the requirements of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), a management plan and supportive data prepared in accordance with the requirements of the law are on file in each school and at the District office. Every six months, the District conducts surveillance of the asbestos areas to detect any changes in condition. The District also carries out a complete re‐inspection of all asbestos areas every three years.
