21^st Century Program

Students who are considered not at grade level can receive additional academic support either during school or afterschool.   One initiative which will be providing afterschool support is the 21^st Century Program.  The program provides academic support with a focus on language arts and math skills. Busing will be provided for those students who already receive bus transportation.  In addition, we will provide a daily snack for each student.  The program will target students considered below grade level in Math or English & Language Arts, so that students may be proficient prior to moving on to high school.  In addition, the program will include an enrichment component focusing on health & wellness; social development; arts & technology. Busing will be provided for those students who already receive bus transportation.  Consistent attendance and positive behavior are required for participation in this program.
