Niagara Falls City School District is conducting a needs assessment to better understand the needs of students and families and then plan activities to develop the knowledge and skills of school and district personnel, as well as families and community members, to increase required trust and relationships necessary to address student learning needs and abilities at each grade level.  

Your answers will be used to improve the school experience for students, staff, and families. The school wants to hear from everyone, so your participation is very important. But it’s also voluntary. You do not have to take the survey and you can skip any question you don’t want to answer. This will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses are completely confidential.
