  • Ways to Show Kindness to yourself!

    1. Be kind to your body! Wash your hands for 20 seconds and then lotion them!
    2. Remain soically distant so you stay healthy!
    3. Talk about the good things (focus on the Positive)!
    4. Do some school work everyday! Try your best!
    5. Lend a helping hand! Being with others improves mood!
    6. Put it on paper! Journal or draw your feelings!
    7. Encourage yourself! Can do attitude ~ because you can do whatever you think  you can do!
    8. Ask help if you need it! You are not alone...you are surrounded by family!
    9. Do something physical! Go for a walk (with a family member), dance, exercise!

    Ways to Show Kindness to others!

    1. Do a random chore for someone! Be helpful!
    2. Say Thank You for dinner or something someone did for you!
    3. Get crafty and make something or draw a picture/card for someone!
    4. Smile and have a positive attitude around your house!
    5. Play a game with a younger or older sibling!  
    6. Make some happy notes and put them around the house!
    7. Tape hearts to your front window!
    8. If you have a pet, care for them!
    9. Ultimately just be the best version of yourself for your family!
