FOCUS Boards

Week Of: May 26th - May 29th 

Above are our Focus Boards of the week. Feel free to the boards at least once every day! Repeat the activities below all week to reinforce skills.

Letter of The Week is "N & R"! We've been working on the first letter of our classmates names. Help your child to find the letter N & R around the house (in a book, objects, signs etc). Talk about the sound letter N & R makes and name words that start with these letters.

Number of the Week is 5! We are learning to identify numbers when we see them.  Ask your child to find FOUR of something (four books, four toys, & four shoes).

Shape of the Week is a STAR! Your child can practice making a TRIANGLE in the air. They can try to draw a TRIANGLE and go around the house or while out on a walk and find things that are the shape of a TRIANGLE.

Color of the Week is BLUE! Have your child search the house for something GREEN. They can be a Color Detective while going on a walk, in a car ride, while reading a book, or even when watching TV.
