Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome back to school! It's great to see students back in the building, and I'm excited to let you know that band sign ups will still be happening this year! While some procedures may be different, I will work with you and your child to ensure they get the best, and safest instrumental education that I can give them.
Below you will find a link to this year's enrolment packet. You may print it out for yourself and either return it to school with your child to give to his/her classroom teacher, or send it to me digitally through email. My school email address in included in the packet, along with instructions on how to submit it virtually. On September 25th, I will be creating your child's lesson schedule, so don't wait to turn in your packets. If you need a paper copy of this packet, please email me and I will send one home with your child.

Need help deciding what instrument you would like to play? Check out these links to help you decide:
Flute

Trumpet
Percussion (drums) - You will mostly be studying percussion by using a practice pad and sticks in lessons. The other instruments will be taught and used in rehearsals.
Bass Guitar - The school does not own bass guitars, so you must provide your own if you wish to study it at school.

I do offer the instruments below, but only to 5th and 6th grade students. If you are in 4th grade and are interested in any of these 3 instruments, please pick Trumpet as your first choice because it's played very similarly to the French Horn, Trombone, and Baritone. This will make it easier to switch to another larger brass instrument next year.
