- 16 mountain climbers
- 30 squats
- 20 front lunges
- 10 side steps to the right
- 15 second wall sit
- 20 calf raises
- 1 minute plank
- 10 squat jumps
- 2 minute pretend jump rope
- 10 russian twists
- 10 butt kicks
- 20 forward arm circles
- 20 backwards arm circles
- 3 minute jog in place
- 25 toe raisers
- 5 inchworms
- ABC push ups
- 10 star jumps
- Side lunges to the right
- 10 leg raises
- 10 squat jacks
- Video 1 is the beginners workout
- Video 2 is more a more advanced workout
