    Our last 2 weeks will focus on the  "Getting Ready For Kindergarten" unit study! ...

    Here you will find the daily stories, questions, and activities.

    We're here to help your child get ready for kindergarten... "school" may look and feel very different right now, but one thing is still the same...   Mrs. Sirianni, Miss Fleming and I love you, miss you and want to help you in every way we can!  (...ok, maybe three things!)

    10 things that would be helpful for your child

    to practice for Kindergarten :

    1. Recognize and name all uppercase letters.

    2. Recognize and name all lowercase letters.

    3. Write first and last name with the first letters uppercase and the rest lowercase.

    4. Recognize and name  the numbers from 1 to 10 out of order... 1-31, if possible!

    5. Write the numbers from 1 to 10.

    6. Orally count from 1 to 20.... or higher.

    7. Recognize and name a circle, square, triangle, and rectangle.

    8. Make a pattern using 2 colors, then 3 colors.

    9. Tell the sounds made by 10 letters.... or more!

    10. Dress self.... pants, coats, boots, etc.
