	Movement is vital to the young child's growth and development. As you know, we practice yoga daily in our classroom. We also use Gonoodle daily as a get up and move activity, and of course we go outside weather permitting. If the weather is nice enough to get outside, do it! Ride bikes, scooters, kick a soccer ball! Play hopscotch, jump rope, or Four Square. These are all great activities to help build large motor skills.
