• Please listen to the story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf 

    After listening to the story there will be some question and or activities, I will post them as daily activities, but you could do them however you please! You may refer to the story daily!

    Monday: After reading talk about the story! Here are some questions to ask and discuss!

                    -What was the lie the boy told?

                    -Why do you think he told the lie?

                     

    Tuesday: Listen to the story again, after the story have your child retell the story. Some questions to ask today.

                  -Who was hurt when the boy lied?

                  - What lesson did the boy learn in the story?

     

    Wednesday: Build on your child's vocabulary but discussing key words from the story like lonely, villagers, confuses, bored, lie, shephard boy, interesting, frightened.

                      -What could the boy have done instead of telling a lie if he was bored?

                       -What can you do if you told a lie and what to show you are sorry?

     

    Thursday: Have your child act out feeling and actions from the story such as bored, angry, creeping, stomping, etc. 

                           -What happened if a person lies a lot?

                           -Have you ever told a lie? What happened?

     

    Friday: Talk about how the ending would of been different if the boy told the truth. Have your child draw a picture of the story with a  new ending! 

                  -What can we learn from the boy?
