     Student Transition Hearings

A Transition Hearing is a meeting that includes the student, parent/guardian, Principal,  School Counselor, and District Hearing Officer. Transition Hearings are called by the Principal to discuss a change of school placement for regular education students. Students who have demonstrated good attendance and academic growth will be recommended to return from CEC to their home school. Homeschool Principals also must be in agreement that a student can return.
