SPORTS PHYSICAL UPDATE!!! 

Beginning this school year, Niagara Falls City School District started accepting SPORTS PHYSICALS from your child’s primary care provider. 

At your child’s next doctor’s appointment, please ask for a copy of their physical exam.   

If you are unsure if your child is due for a physical, please contact your school nurse.
