IMPORTANT

SPORTS PHYSICAL UPDATE!!!

 

Beginning this fall, Niagara Falls City School District will be accepting SPORTS PHYSICALS from your child’s primary care provider.

 

At your child’s next doctor’s appointment, please ask for a copy of their physical exam.  

 

If you are unsure if your child is due for a physical, please contact your school nurse.

We will be offering a limited number of days for physicals at NFHS.  Please call 716-286-0788 for an appointment starting June 23, 2025, between 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM
