All NFHS sports team and club fundraisers must be pre-approved by the activities coordinator and the CEA!
REMEMBER!: If the fundraiser requires a contract to be signed by an NFHS staff member, then it must be submitted to administration in advance (allow 60 days for Board approval.)
To request a fundraising activity, please download and complete the form below and submit it to Ed Ventry via an email attachment or place it in his mail box. Once it is approved, please be sure to submit a Building Facilities Use Form. Please see the link below.
